The Parent Family Motto

This patronym means "allied by blood." If our ancestors really selected the family motto of "De tout temps je suis apparent,"  I think they had a sense of humor. As you may know the translation is "I am always apparent, noticeable, visible, or evident." I guess that means that we Parents always are ready to stand up and be counted and perhaps be ready to take a stand.
